E9 G - Meine Lernwelt Englisch 9 nutzen

Einleitung

Your English. Your next step. In diesem aiMOOC baust Du aus Deinen Diagnoseergebnissen einen persönlichen Lernpfad für Englisch in Klasse 9 auf dem G-Niveau. Du verbindest Unterricht, Abschlussvorbereitung und Deine eigenen Lernlücken.

Media start: Look at the picture for 20 seconds. Say three English words you connect with learning. Then make one sentence: For me, learning English means …

Der Lernweg folgt immer derselben kurzen Schleife: English first → understand → respond → ask → hint → improve → use again.

Dein E9-G-Sprachmodus

Keep it clear. Keep it useful.

Communication first. Wenige Accuracy-Ziele sind wichtiger als viele gleichzeitige Korrekturen. Verständlichkeit ist wichtiger als Akzentfreiheit.

I-can-Ziele

Am Ende kannst Du sagen:

  1. I can understand the main idea of a clear audio or video.
  2. I can find key details in a short text.
  3. I can react and ask a follow-up question in a conversation.
  4. I can give my opinion and one or two reasons.
  5. I can give a short presentation with notes.
  6. I can write a clear email or short structured text.
  7. I can mediate key information in a guided everyday situation.
  8. I can improve my own English after feedback and use the improved language again.

Vorwissen und Diagnose

Start small. Nimm Deine letzten Diagnoseergebnisse, eine Rückmeldung aus dem Unterricht oder eine kurze Selbsteinschätzung. Markiere pro Bereich: green = secure, yellow = practise, red = focus.

Bereich Mini-Check Dein Signal
Listening / Viewing I understand the topic and some key details. green / yellow / red
Reading I find the main idea and useful details. green / yellow / red
Speaking I react, ask and give a reason. green / yellow / red
Writing I organise a short text clearly. green / yellow / red
Vocabulary I use useful words and chunks in context. green / yellow / red
Grammar / Accuracy My sentences are understandable and mostly well built. green / yellow / red

Choose two focus areas. Ein roter Bereich wird zuerst bearbeitet. Ein gelber Bereich kommt danach. Grüne Bereiche nutzt Du im Transfer weiter.

Listening ist schwierig Listen & View Speak & Ask
Reading ist schwierig Read & Find Vocabulary in Context
Speaking ist schwierig Speak & Ask Pronunciation & Fluency

mehrere Lücken Core Path: Listen → Read → Speak → Write Can-do-Check

Minimum path: Bearbeite pro Fokusbereich eine Input-Aufgabe, eine Übung mit Hilfe, eine freie Mini-Aufgabe und einen Can-do-Check.

Listening und Viewing

Before listening: Read the title. Look at the picture. Predict three words.

First listening: Do not read the transcript. Listen for the main idea. Ask: Who? Where? What is the situation?

Second listening: Find two or three details. Pause once if you need to.

After listening: Check with the transcript or captions. Mark only the words that really blocked understanding.

Task: Watch once without a transcript. Answer: What are they planning? Then watch again and note two decisions and one useful phrase. Use captions or a transcript only after this attempt.

Listening strategy: gist before detail

Gist means the main idea. Detail means specific information. Train them separately.

  1. Gist: Choose the best short summary.
  2. Detail: Find names, times, reasons or actions.
  3. Selective listening: Listen only for the information you need.

Reading

Read for a purpose. Do not translate every word. First read the title and the first sentence. Then find the main idea. On the second read, underline useful details.

Use three questions:

  1. What is this text mainly about?
  2. Which two details matter for the task?
  3. Which unknown word can I guess from context?

For job texts, emails, short reports, posts or information texts, focus on function: inform, ask, explain, describe, recommend.

Kontextwortschatz

Learn words in chunks, not as isolated lists.

Function Useful chunks
react That sounds good. / I see. / Really?
ask Could you say that again? / What do you mean?
give an opinion I think … because … / In my view …
agree I agree because … / That makes sense.
disagree politely I’m not sure. / I see your point, but …
improve A better sentence is … / I can say it more clearly.

Mini-rule: Learn 5–8 useful chunks, use them in speaking, then use at least three of them again in writing.

Aussprache und Fluency

Be understandable, not accent-free. A clear message matters more than sounding like a native speaker. Practise word stress, sentence stress, short chunks and linking.

Try it: Listen to one short example. Repeat once slowly, then once at a natural speed. Keep the important words clear.

Private option: Du darfst Dich freiwillig aufnehmen. Die Aufnahme bleibt privat, wenn Du nichts anderes ausdrücklich vereinbart hast. Kein Upload ist nötig.

Speaking: respond → ask → reason

Conversation target: Do three things in this order.

  1. Respond: “I think that’s a good idea.”
  2. Ask: “Why do you think that?” or “Could you explain that?”
  3. Reason: “For me, it is useful because …”

After viewing: Choose one clarification question and adapt it to school: How many words do you want? → How long should my text be?

Pair task: Talk for two minutes about a school rule, a hobby, work experience or media use. Each person must react once, ask once and give one reason.

Short presentation

Use four parts:

  1. Topic: “Today I’m talking about …”
  2. Point 1: one fact or example
  3. Point 2: one reason or comparison
  4. Finish: “That’s why I think …”

Aim for about 45–60 seconds first. Use notes, not a full script. If needed, use sentence starters.

Writing

Write for a reader. Your text needs a clear purpose and a simple structure.

Core frame for an email:

  1. Greeting
  2. Reason for writing
  3. Two useful details
  4. One question or next step
  5. Closing

Core frame for an opinion text: I think … / First … / Also … / Because … / So …

Core frame for a short report: Topic / What happened / Important details / Result or recommendation

For practice, a short core text can be around 70–100 words. If that is secure, extend it. A writing frame is allowed when it helps you communicate clearly.

Berufstexte und fiktive Daten

For CVs, applications and interview practice, use fictional profiles and fictional contact details. Do not use private social-media data. Example profile:

Name: Alex Morgan | Town: Greenford | School: Riverside School | Interest: bike repair | Experience: school project and two-day work shadowing

This profile is invented for learning. Change it freely.

Mediation

Mediation is not word-for-word translation. You pass on the important meaning for a person and a situation.

Example: A visitor asks in English what a German school notice says. First find the relevant points. Then say them in simple English: The event starts at six. You need a ticket. The entrance is next to the sports hall.

Guided steps: identify the person → choose relevant information → say it simply → check: Is that clear?

Funktionale Grammatik

Grammar helps you do something. Do not learn a rule without using it.

Focus 1: conditional sentences If I practise the key phrases, I will speak more easily. If I had more time, I would add another example.

Focus 2: relative clauses A job that interests me is … The person who helped me was …

Core accuracy checks: word order, question form, tense choice and understandable sentence links. Correct one or two recurring problems at a time.

Hilfestufen

Choose the smallest help that lets you continue.

Help level Support
Hint 0 Try without help.
Hint 1 Use a word bank.
Hint 2 Use sentence starters.
Hint 3 Use a short model and change it.

Rule: After using a hint, do one new sentence without the hint.

Feedback und Fehleranalyse

Message first. Ask: Did the listener or reader understand me? Then improve one or two language points.

Use this quick feedback:

  1. Works well: one thing that is clear.
  2. Next step: one language target.
  3. Improve: rewrite or say one sentence.
  4. Use again: use the improved pattern in a new task.

Keep your own text. Do not replace it with a completely new version from another person or an AI system. Improvements should stay visible so you can see what you learned.

Error log

My sentence Problem Better version New use
I am agree. word choice I agree. I agree because the plan is simple.
Why you think that? question form Why do you think that? Why do you think that is useful?

Add only errors that return. Do not collect every small mistake.

KI, Quellen und Datenschutz

KI kann beim Lernen helfen, aber Ergebnisse müssen geprüft werden. Prüfe Fakten, Quellen, Beispiele und Feedback. Behalte Deine eigenen Texte und entscheide selbst, welche Verbesserung Du übernimmst.

Use no private profiles, addresses, school logins, private messages or private social-media data in external AI tools. Do not upload recordings, photos or documents without clear permission. Für diesen Kurs reichen fiktive Daten und private Übungsdateien. Keine Aufgabe verlangt einen externen KI-Dienst oder einen ungefragten Upload.

When people, places or cultures appear in media, describe what the source really shows. Avoid culture stereotypes and check claims before you reuse them.

Safe check: Is it true? Is the source clear? Is the data mine to share? Does the feedback fit my task?

Abschlussvorbereitung

Practise the skill, not a trick. Verbinde Deinen Lernpfad regelmäßig mit kurzen abschlussnahen Aufgaben: klare Arbeitsanweisung lesen, Hauptaussage verstehen, wichtige Details auswählen, passend reagieren und das Ergebnis kurz prüfen.

Use a simple timer only when the skill is already familiar. First work with help, then reduce the help. Keep one personal checklist for recurring targets such as question form, word order or useful linking words.

Mini routine: understand the task → choose a strategy → do the task → check the message → improve one target.

Transfer: use it again

A skill is stronger when you use it in a new context.

Example: Practice: ask for clarification in a school project. Transfer: ask for clarification in a job-shadowing role-play. New transfer: ask for clarification in a travel situation.

Choose one useful sentence from today and use it in a different task tomorrow.

Can-do-Check und Folgekurs

At the end, rate each target: 3 = I can do it alone | 2 = I can do it with a hint | 1 = I need practice

If a target is 1, repeat one short input and one guided task. If it is 2, do one transfer task. If it is 3, use the skill in a harder context.

Next course choice:

  1. Listening gap → next course: listening and viewing practice
  2. Speaking gap → next course: interaction, follow-up questions and short presentation
  3. Writing gap → next course: email, opinion and job texts
  4. Mixed gaps → next course: E9-G core revision
