Listen and notice
Listen to the video at the top again. Listen for am / is / are + going to + verb.
First time: just listen.
Second time: tap the table when you hear going to.

Understand: the useful pattern
Use this small pattern:

Question: What are you going to do?
Short answer: I’m going to read a book.
Negative plan: I’m not going to stay at home.
Three important checks:
- Is am / is / are there?
- Is going to there?
- Is the next verb short: play, ride, watch, read?

Pronunciation
Say these chunks slowly first:
I’m going to | play football.

Make going to smooth. Put clear stress on the main activity: PLAY football, WATCH a film.
