What is an info text? Was ist ein Infotext?
English: An info text gives facts. It can tell you where something is, when something opens or what you must do.
Deutsch: Ein Infotext gibt Sachinformationen. Er kann Dir sagen, wo etwas ist, wann etwas öffnet oder was Du tun musst.
English: Examples are a sign, a map, a timetable, a ticket or a short text in a museum.
Deutsch: Beispiele sind ein Schild, eine Karte, ein Fahrplan, eine Fahrkarte oder ein kurzer Text im Museum.
Out and about words
English: Important words are: street, park, shop, bus stop, station, map, sign, ticket, open, closed.

How to read an info text
English: First look at the title, the picture and the numbers. Then find key words. You do not need every word.
