Two parts, one idea

A first conditional sentence has two meaning parts:

condition → If it rains,

possible result → I will take my umbrella.

Together:

If it rains, I will take my umbrella.

You can also change the order:

I will take my umbrella if it rains.

For this course, use the easy core pattern:

if + present simple → will + base verb

Important: In the if part, use the present simple for this pattern.

Check: Which part is the condition? Which part is the result?
