English: This image captures the violin's ribs, the thin maple strips forming the sides of the instrument. The ribs are likely bent and glued to the corner and end blocks, shaping the violin’s outline. Depending on the construction stage, the image might include a mold holding the ribs in place or clamps securing them. The raw wood surface suggests that further smoothing, final shaping, and varnishing steps are still to come.
