Open research questions

Connect the literature. Challenge assumptions. Understand function.
Updated research direction · 2026-09-28 The earlier synthesis has been critically refined. AG-H01 is a research framework; AG-H02 remains an unconfirmed secondary route. The new target model AG-T01 tests selective protein clearance while preserving functional synapses. Deep dive with counterevidence and decision criteria →

Falsifiable questions with priorities and stopping criteria.

Prioritised questions

  1. High: Can an intervention change protein activity while preserving neuronal function? Falsification: marker change without functional benefit.
  2. High: Which temporally separated regeneration phases require opposing interventions? Falsification: identical effects regardless of timing and cell type.
  3. High: Which apparent anti-aging effects can be explained by cell-composition changes or selection?
  4. Medium: Do findings replicate in older animals, both sexes and independent laboratories?
  5. Medium: Do biomarkers predict intervention benefit or only risk?

Counterevidence applies to the specific claim under defined conditions. A non-significant difference does not establish equivalence. Priorities reflect information value, not clinical readiness. Add questions only with source context, expected information gain and bounded testing effort.
