Drugs & interventions

Connect the literature. Challenge assumptions. Understand function.

Experimental targets, translational barriers and safety.

This page tracks experimental intervention directions, not medicine recommendations.

  • Signalling: specify location, cell type and timing of perturbation.
  • Protein activity and iron handling: separate target effects from general stress reduction.
  • Senescence: distinguish repair phases from chronic tissue contexts.
  • Translation: require human target engagement, dose-response relationships, off-target analysis and long-term safety.

Initial status: no clinically confirmed human rejuvenation treatment established here. No finding justifies self-medication; this project supplies no doses or personal treatment plans. Trial registrations will be distinguished explicitly from trial results.
