Based on File:BlankMap-World.svg. The style is derived from File:Nominal GDP of Countries Crimea edited.svg. The map is generated from data fetched from the w:International Monetary Fund World Economic Outlook DataMapper, the w:World Bank World Development Indicators, and the w:United Nations Statistics Division National Accounts Main Aggregates. For each source and country or territory, the latest non-null observation within that source’s available coverage is selected; the map then uses the first available source in IMF, World Bank, and UN order. Values are expressed in current US dollars and assigned to GDP color bands, so source years may differ. Entities with no observation in any source receive no GDP color.
Western Sahara is shown in Morocco’s color because the World Bank and UN include it in Morocco’s GDP data, while the IMF publishes no separate Western Sahara figure. This coloring represents statistical coverage and does not assert sovereignty or political status.
